Where is my order?

We’ll send you an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information from our courier service.

My goods have arrived but something is broken, what do I do?

Oh no! We package everything carefully but sometimes accidents can happen. Email us straight away with your order details and we will arrange a replacement to be dispatched as soon as possible.

Have you received my return?

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned. We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. And we’ll keep you up to date by letting you know once your return has been processed. If you haven’t heard from us after the 10 working days, please contact our customer care team with your order number and details of the items returned.

How do I return an item?

You can return any item within 28 days. Login to your account and follow the directions.

Do you work with bloggers? Can I sign up?

Yes, we love bloggers! We are currently developing an influencer ambassador program. If you have an idea for partnering with us, please email carolyn@champagnecartel.com

Can I amend my order?

We’re super quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “confirm & pay” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. If you decide you would prefer a different item, please return the item to us in accordance with our returns process. Or, you know, get both.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

Why has my order been cancelled?

Sometimes, due to high demand, our super popular items may sell out quickly, and our stock system may not register in time and accidentally let an order through when our stock is out. These cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.

If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.

An item I love is out of stock! What can I do?

We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of stock. If we are unable to get more of the item, we will remove it from our shop but if products are on order we continue to advertise these items as we want you to know it will be available soon! We are always looking out for the hottest items and often restock/stock similar styles, which we are sure you will fall in love with.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver to Australia but we’re working on sending farther afield. If you are interested in overseas shipping please contact us. We have a flat rate of $9.90 (inc GST) for our shipping, and free shipping for orders over $200.

Do I have to sign for my order?

We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour at your request. Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. If for some reason a leave-behind isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re-arrange delivery.

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We sure do! Delivery to PO boxes is via Australia Post.

Do you offer promotional codes?

Make sure you’re the first to know about any exclusive offers by signing up to our newsletter or following us @champagnecartel on Instagram, or joining us on Facebook.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or in addition to any discount you may be entitled to (unless otherwise stated). Only one discount code is permitted per order.

Why won't my code work?

Your code: Have you entered the code correctly? (No offence intended – we know you’re super clever!) Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout.

Expiry date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid.

Eligible items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. To view the included items select the link provided on your newsletter/our site.

Help! I have forgotten to use my discount code, what can I do?

Oops, we are sorry to hear this! Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be able to be used on your next order; check out the terms and conditions of the code.
