You know how the fitness experts say “just walk You know how the fitness experts say “just walk through the door”? Well today I did just that. 

I had a rubbish sleep and felt sore in the muscles but kept saying to myself… just walk through the door, just walk through the door…

So now my workout is done! I feel exhausted but at least I have achieved my weekly goal of getting to the gym 4 times per week. So that’s good! 

And I can have a lovely champagne this afternoon when I go visit my beautiful sister. 🍾🥂 HAPPY DAYS!
