Finding the best products for my sensitive skin has been a lifelong obsession for me. I’ve tried everything to find a wonderful balance in my skin that means I don’t have to tend to it every single day. To no avail. I have now come to terms with the fact that I will spend time every morning slathering something or other all over my body. .
What that something or other is has changed over the years, as I’ve learned more about what makes my skin happy. What I discovered a few years ago is that the thing that makes the skin on my face happy is rosehip oil. And I’m not just talking mildly pleased. We’re in Pharrell happy territory.
So I’m pretty stoked to have discovered Rosehip PLUS, who don’t just make the oil, but follow it up with some great moisturisers as well. I’ve been trying Rosehip PLUS out for a few weeks now – in the most challenging time of year for my skin, autumn usually leaves me tight, dry and flakey – and I am pleased to report my skin feels firm, plump and incredibly hydrated.
For me, this is nothing short of incredible.
What’s great about rosehip oil is that it is packed with Vitamin A (Retinol) and Vitamin C, essential fatty acids Omega-3, 6 & 9 as well as Lycopene and Beta-Carotene. It’s great for us on a variety of skin conditions too, including dermatitis, eczema, sun damage and dry skin, as well as brittle nails.
I use the oil twice a day on my face, underneath the day and night creams, and I’m hooked for life.
Now for the fun bit. We’ve got a Rosehip PLUS pack to give away especially for Mothers Day and it could be yours! You could absolutely give this to your mum, but I reckon you’ve probably earned this for yourself. What do you think?

Good luck!
I think all mums deserve to be pampered every day of the year! We work hard and often forget to put our own oxygen masks on first. So important to carve some time out for yourself to recharge and revitalise.
Hallelujah Stevie!
I’m hearing a lot about rosehip products lately which has coincided with the appearance of a few dry skin flakes on the face which is totally NOT ON. As the mother of a toddler fully into the terrible twos, I need to keep my resting bitch face in check so I totally deserve some pamper-face.
Wow – I recently discovered RoseHip Plus products recently as well and have become hooked! Rosehip oil saved me from the elements over this past winter and kept my skin fresh and rejuvenated. I can’t think of a more perfect gift to offer my mother on Mother’s Day!
What a gorgeous daughter you are! Good luck Amy.
Hahahahahahaha! From one mother of a two year old to another – I hear that! I get the flakes at this time of year too, but I haven’t so far thanks to rosehip oil. I know I sound like an infomercial, but it’s true. 🙂
Now if someone could just create a potion in a bottle to completely eradicate R.B.F I would be most pleased! (also a mother of a 2 year old)
I really LOVE rosehip oil, would definitely love to win, and I would totally keep it all to myself! 😉
Good on you Carrie – I would too!
I use their rosehipplus oil already and I love it!
Fantastic! Good luck in the comp.
Ive recently started using rosehip plus and it’s the best product. My skin has never looked better
That’s awesome Michelle. And I agree – same for me.
I have been a monster fan of rosehip forever. I like that it’s all natural so I know that if my skin is being weird (which it does periodically and goes sensitive to EVERYTHING) then I can still use rosehip oil. I don’t know these particular products but they look lush…. might even help with that pesky wrinkle that makes me look like I’m frowning when I’m chipper.
Do you know rosehip tea is also packed with Vit C and awesome when you have a cold? Extra points?
Totally extra points. I love that you can use it on your skin no matter what state it’s in too. I tend towards combination so it’s great for me.
After seeing how dry and dehydrated my skin is under the purple light of horror i’m super keen to try these products 🙂
Oh no, NOT THE PURPLE LIGHT!!!
I feceived rosehipplus conpress oil as a free gift. Rosehipplus oil is my favourite rosehip oil. The oil is certified which gives me guarantee that Rosehipplus has follow the guideline and that the company does not test on animal.
The oil itself is divine. I apply only 3 drops morning and night. My skin feels fresh and looks better. It makes makeup easy to apply.
I also use Rosehipplus oil for my hair. I have curly and dry damaged hair. The oil has restored my hair and i have much healthy hair now.
I even apply Rosehipplus oil as a hand moisturizer. I use the oil mostly fpr everything.
I simply adore RosehipPlus oil. Thank you for such a great product that actually delivers
Glad you love it, Anne – good luck!
Great products would love to give them to mum to try
Good luck Ange!
I turn 31 this year and I’m noticing those things… you know those things. The lines, the dry spots (WTH is happening to my elbows??? Why do they get so much less moisture than the rest of me????) and BoB help me, the wrinkles! I’ve always been a bit of a hopeless girl, being raised by a single dad means that while I’m quite reasonable at fixing my motorcycle, the cycle of skin care is a bit like witchcraft to me. I’m starting to make a proper effort now though, gotta do something about these elbows!
But fixing a motorcycle is seriously impressive, Cass! As for skin, it needn’t be a mystery – just rub rosehip oil into everything. 😉
Is it wrong I want to win this for my husband?! He seriously has the driest skin on his face and the only thing that works is rosehip oil. He’d mainline it if he could!
Great that he uses something, Sunny!
From what I read Rosehip Plus requires little effort with maximum results making it the perfect gift for my Mum who tends to be a bit lax when it comes to beauty routines.
I never pamper myself. I’m always giving to others, and always forget myself
